Polymer Putty(Exterior & Interior) With Imported Polymers 

Polymer Putty is a water-based PU putty. It is a unique & one of its kind self-primed putty which provides a strong foundation for topcoats and enhances the desired performance of finish paints, both in looks and durability. On applying this putty, a primer coat can be eliminated. Polymer Putty forms nonporous, non-absorbent surface and thus Increases paint coverage significantly.

Recommended Usage:

Polymer Putty can be used on exterior & interior surfaces. It can be applied on wall, wood & plywood.

Application Procedure:

Polymer Putty is available in paste form and hence it is ready to use putty.

Step 1: Ensure that the surface is completely free from dirt, loosely held plaster, powdery residue, oil, grease, algae, or any other unwanted substances / particles. It is important that the surface should be cleaned thoroughly and be dry before starting the application procedure. 

Step 2: Apply first coat of Polymer Putty using a putty knife. 

Step 3: Sand the surface with sandpaper 180 and wipe clean. Sanding must be done within 3 to 4 hours for comfortable sanding. Composition of imported polymers make this putty very hard, and sanding becomes difficult if done after 6 hours. 

Step 4: Apply second coat of Polymer Putty using putty knife. 

Step 5: Sand the surface with sandpaper 220 and wipe clean. Sanding shall be done within 3 to 4 hours of application. 

Application of primer can be eliminated after the usage of Polymer Putty. In case of elimination of priming coat, one must make sure that the final putty surface has been cleaned properly using a cloth and there is no powdery residue before application of the top coat.
